Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Goblin Fodder Games LLC ("we," "us") for the use of Wares (the "app"). By using Wares, you agree to them. Please read them — we've kept them plain.

1. Not professional advice

Wares provides bookkeeping and organizational tools, not tax, legal, or accounting advice. Tax estimates, sales-tax figures, and reports are aids for your own planning and are not a substitute for a qualified professional. Always confirm your numbers and obligations with a tax or accounting professional. You are responsible for your filings.

2. Your license to use Wares

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Wares for your own business. The one-time Wares Pro purchase unlocks additional features via a license key for your own use (across a limited number of your devices). You may not resell, redistribute, or share your license key.

3. Your data and backups

Wares stores your data locally on your device, not on our servers. You are responsible for keeping backups using the in-app backup feature. Because we have no copy of your data, we cannot recover it if your device is lost, cleared, or damaged, and we are not liable for any such loss.

4. Payments & refunds

Wares Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Updates, discontinuation & your perpetual license

The one-time Wares Pro purchase is a perpetual license to the software as it exists — it is not a subscription and not a promise of indefinite future updates. If we ever discontinue Wares, we will give at least 90 days' notice, and we will never remotely disable the app or your Pro features — they keep working on your device, and you can always export your data. Because your data lives on your device and your Pro entitlement is designed to keep working even if the license server is unreachable, your purchase keeps working even if our payment processor or this website is no longer around. (This is why we say "yours forever," not "lifetime.")

6. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 18 years old, or 13–17 with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to use Wares. Wares is not intended for children under 13.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Wares for unlawful purposes, and don't attempt to break, abuse, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the app's licensing or security.

8. Warranty disclaimer

Wares is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of Wares. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for Wares (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
