We want you to be happy with Wares Pro. If it's not the right fit, you get a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund.

The policy

If you purchased the one-time Wares Pro unlock and request a refund within 14 days of your purchase, we'll refund you in full — no explanation needed.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, or use the order link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Include your order number or license key so we can find it quickly.

How it's processed

Purchases and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor and merchant of record. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; how quickly it appears depends on your bank or card provider.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your Wares Pro license is deactivated and Pro features turn off. The free version of Wares — and all the data on your device — remains yours to keep using.
