Privacy Policy

Wares is a business-tracking app for solo makers, growers, and market vendors, operated by Goblin Fodder Games LLC. The short version: the app collects nothing — your business data lives only on your device. The only personal information involved is what's needed to process a Wares Pro purchase, and that's handled by our payment processor, not us.

What the app collects

Nothing. Wares has no user accounts and no servers for your data. Everything you enter — your business details, batches, stock, sales, expenses, market events, and tax settings — is stored only in your browser on your device (using local IndexedDB storage). It is never uploaded to us or anyone else. We cannot see, access, or recover it.

Payments (Wares Pro)

When you purchase the one-time Wares Pro unlock, the purchase is processed by Lemon Squeezy as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects the information needed to complete the sale — such as your name, email address, payment details, and country — under their own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details. We receive only your email address and license key, used to deliver and validate your purchase.

Hosting

This site is served by Cloudflare, which transiently processes IP addresses in its server logs for security and reliable delivery, under Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not use this for tracking.

Analytics & tracking

For basic traffic measurement, Wares uses Cloudflare Web Analytics — a privacy-first, cookieless tool that counts page views and visits without cookies, without cross-site tracking, and without collecting personal information about you. We use no advertising and no third-party ad or tracking pixels (no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel), and we set no tracking cookies — so there's no cookie-consent banner.

Exports & backups

The CSV export and data backup features create a file on your device that downloads to your computer. Where that file goes next is entirely your choice. Those files are never sent to us.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Because your app data never reaches our servers, there is nothing on our side to access, export, or delete — you already hold all of it on your device, and you can clear it anytime through the app or your browser. For information tied to a purchase, contact Lemon Squeezy (the merchant of record) or us, and we'll help route your request.

Children

Wares is a tool for running a business and is not directed to children. You must be 18 or older, or 13–17 with a parent or guardian's consent, to use it. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
